Resalatk is a bilingual (Arabic & English) academic services platform that bridges the gap between students and educational service providers and university doctors. It offers students a structured environment to request academic services, build work plans, track orders, and connect with professors, while giving service providers and doctors a dedicated space to manage their work and opportunities professionally.

Resalatk was built to solve the challenge students face in finding reliable academic support for research projects, graduation theses, and postgraduate studies. The platform creates a complete ecosystem where students can request services, build detailed work plans, track progress, and pay securely, while connecting directly with qualified service providers and university professors. It operates as a unified four-component system: student app, service provider app, professor portal, and admin dashboard.

The main challenges were designing a seamless multi-role system for four user types (students, service providers, professors, and administrators) with distinct workflows and permissions, building a structured work plan system that breaks projects into clear phases, developing a reliable multi-method payment system (Visa, MasterCard, and digital wallets via PayMob), creating an accurate professor matching portal, and ensuring a consistent bilingual (Arabic & English) experience across all components.

Student App Module: Register, request services, create phased work plans, track orders, pay electronically, access news, browse doctors, and engage with the community.
Service Provider App Module: Register with specialization, review orders, submit quotes & timelines, confirm execution, deliver work, and track payments/commissions.
Professor Portal Module: Manage profiles, showcase project opportunities, define specializations, and offer phone/video contact.
Admin Dashboard Module: Centralized control for orders, users, news, doctor listings, content, and financial reports.
