School Finder is an integrated digital platform designed to transform the school search and enrollment experience in Egypt. It connects parents and students with schools through a smart, data-driven discovery interface, while equipping schools with professional CRM and enrollment management tools, all overseen by a centralized admin platform with full operational control.

School Finder was built to solve the challenge parents face in finding, comparing, and enrolling their children in the right schools through one reliable digital platform. It serves three user groups: parents can discover and compare schools, apply online, track applications, and communicate directly; schools get a CRM-powered dashboard to manage applications, fees, programs, and communications; and administrators maintain full control over users, payments, content, and analytics. The platform is fully bilingual (Arabic & English) and available on web, Android, and iOS.

The main challenges were designing a seamless multi-sided platform for three user groups (parents, schools, and administrators) with different workflows, building an advanced search and filtering system with geolocation and interactive maps, developing a professional CRM for schools; creating a smart comparison tool for up to three schools, implementing a reliable multi-tier payment system, and ensuring a consistent bilingual experience across web and mobile platforms.

  • School Layer:: A dedicated school management dashboard equipped with CRM capabilities for managing profiles, applications, academic programs, fees, schedules, communications, and promotional content.
  • Administration Layer:: A centralized platform admin dashboard providing full oversight of all schools, parents, applications, payments, reviews, and platform-wide content and settings.
